Please keep the food pantry in mind when shopping for your families. The following is a list of current items that are needed: As of 12/3/09

Toothpaste/brushes; spaghetti noodles/sauce; canned fruit; canned meat; pork-n-beans; canned soups; peanut butter/jelly; pancake mix/syrup; sugar; salt; crackers; rice; apple sauce; turkeys; canned hams; yams/sweet potatoes; gravy mixes; stuffing mixes; instant potatoes

CTBC's Got Talent!

Charles Town Baptist Church has talent, and we want to see it! If you can juggle, draw, dance, sing, mime, or play the accordion… we wanna see it! Start tuning up those instruments and practicing those scales! We want to showcase your talent on a Friday in January, the date yet to be decided, so stay tuned! Greeters Needed!!

We are in need of greeters for the 11:00 service! This schedule works on a rotation basis, and is printed monthly in the Beacon and weekly in the bulletin. If you would like to serve in this way and provide the first smiling face and warm welcome to worship for our visitors and members, then please give the church office a call @ 725-5917. Wednesday, Dec 16th - 7:00pm - Youth Bible Study Begins!!!

Friday, Dec 19th - 6:00pm - Kid's Christmas Party - Covered dish dinner, cookie exchange and a visit from Santa!

Sunday, Dec 20th - 7:00pm - Christmas Cantata Program "We Bow Down"

Thursday, Dec 24th - 6:00pm - Family Christmas Eve Service (singing all kinds of Christmas songs and a story, too)
10:00pm - Candlelight Communion Service

Thursday, Dec 31st - 4:00 - 9:00pm - Open House for New Years Eve at Dotsi and Bland Campbell's

Thanksgiving Day Service
